SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize application reliability.

Document troubleshooting processes and share knowledge to support continuous team learning.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions

Familiarity with business process workflows related to human resources and onboarding.-

Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
