Description

We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of SAP HCM Consultant in India. This role involves assisting clients in implementing and optimizing SAP HCM solutions, ensuring that their HR processes are efficient and effective.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design SAP HCM solutions to meet those needs.
• Configure SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules.
• Provide support and training to end-users on SAP HCM processes and functionalities.
• Participate in testing and validation of SAP HCM configurations and enhancements.
• Document processes, configurations, and user guides for reference and training purposes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with SAP HCM modules and functionalities.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
