About the Role

We are looking for experienced SAP SD professionals who are passionate about delivering customer value and driving SAP support operations. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, manage critical SAP SD processes, and take ownership of customer engagements.

Key Skills

• Strong functional expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• Experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Customer-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Experience in AMS/Support projects
• Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Exposure to ServiceNow and ITIL processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP SD business processes
• Interact directly with business and IT stakeholders
• Drive issue resolution and service delivery excellence
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor and guide team members
• Ensure adherence to SLA and support processes

Preferred

• Experience in team handling or mentoring consultants
• Exposure to global support environments
• ServiceNow and ITIL certification (good to have)
