Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive membership sales growth through innovative business development strategies
  • Increase overall member subscriptions and actively grow the member base (currently 12,000 members across 23 states and 200 cities)
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events, conferences, and member engagement initiatives
  • Strengthen relationships with existing members and develop new member acquisition plans
  • Identify partnership opportunities with corporates and stakeholders in the Media, Real Estate, and Association sectors
  • Track and analyze market trends to identify new revenue channels
  • Contribute to brand positioning and promotional campaigns to support visibility
