About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth through a combination of dealer/channel management and direct B2C sales. The role involves developing the local market, expanding the dealer network, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution from lead generation to installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales through dealer/channel partners and direct customer acquisition.
• Develop and manage dealer networks to improve productivity and business growth.
• Generate local leads through field activities, referrals, and community engagement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct customer meetings, site assessments, and solution presentations.
• Guide customers on rooftop solar solutions, financing options, subsidy schemes, and net metering.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely installation and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales activities, maintain CRM updates, and ensure process compliance.

Preferred Background

• 4+ years of experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical Products, Consumer Durables, Building Materials, or any other industries.
• Experience in dealer/channel sales and direct field sales.
• Knowledge of rooftop solar solutions, PM Surya Ghar Yojana, financing, and net metering will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
