Key Requirement

Strong communication, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with ICICI bank teams and oversee account opening process of customers. Educate customers and bank teams on benefits of investments through 3-in-1 account. Ensure adherence to KYC guidelines.

 

Job Summary

Helps Bank sourcing team for 3-in-1 account combining savings, trading, and demat accounts in the assigned region and ensuring a customer-first approach.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Incumbent will be responsible to collaborate with ICICI Bank team for 3 in 1 account (combination of savings/salary, trading and demat accounts) in given region 
  • To ensure right product is advised and sold to right customer. At all times customer should be kept on priority and seek to understand customer needs and service them on priority. 
  • Product and after sales support to the ICICI Bank team for handling customer queries and escalations if any. 
  • To meet the KYC guidelines by checking all the KYC related documents from the customers

 

Qualification:
