Sales Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bhubaneswar. It will be an individual sales target oriented job profile.

Qualifications

• Expertise in relationship management and customer service, with the ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships.
• Knowledge of life insurance products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory guidelines within the insurance sector.
• Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making to optimize regional business performance.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in insurance or financial services sales, preferably in Direct Marketing
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, with readiness to travel within the market.
• Comfort with digital tools and CRM platforms to manage leads, monitor pipelines, and support customer engagement.
