Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in New Delhi. The Sales Consultant will engage directly with customers in-store, providing personalized product guidance, understanding customer preferences, and recommending suitable designs that align with Aggunj's brand aesthetics. Responsibilities include managing the sales process from inquiry to purchase, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience that drives customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role also involves maintaining product displays, staying updated on new collections and brand messaging, handling customer feedback, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and support store operations.

Qualifications

• Achieving sales targets.
• Sales-focused skills including Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand customer needs and convert inquiries into purchases.
• Customer-oriented skills such as Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and solution-oriented experience.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to present products and brand stories effectively.
• Previous experience in luxury fashion retail or luxury customer-facing roles is required, with an understanding of contruction, fabrics, drapes, and design aesthetics.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate with a diverse team, and adapt to a dynamic store environment while meeting sales and service goals.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory processes; comfort with learning new tools as needed.
• Minimum of a degree or certification in business, fashion, or retail management is required.
