Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve sales targets for Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services.
  • Acquire new customers and drive cross-selling across existing accounts.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on client requirements.
  • Maintain a strong and healthy sales funnel with regular updates on opportunity maturity.
  • Monitor competition offerings and gather market intelligence for sales strategy formulation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage long-term client relationships as the single point of contact across services.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue potential.
  • Generate leads, onboard clients, and ensure smooth client acquisition.
  • Conduct field visits and support market expansion through SME, corporate, and enterprise sales.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
