Role Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist in Delhi NCR to represent the Eternal brand at retail stores, exhibitions, pop-up events, and partner outlets. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, understands premium products, and can convert conversations into sales while delivering an exceptional brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and introduce them to Eternal's premium tea collection and gifting solutions.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Demonstrate product features, tea varieties, and gifting options.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product displays.
• Handle billing, inventory updates, and stock replenishment.
• Collect customer feedback and generate repeat business.
• Represent Eternal professionally at exhibitions, events, and retail activations.

Qualification

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, FMCG, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Ability to work on weekends, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital payment systems is an advantage.
