  • Lead and manage all HR activities for the assigned sales region.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with regional leadership and business stakeholders on people initiatives.
  • Drive workforce planning, organization design, and succession planning.
  • Lead regional talent acquisition to ensure optimal manpower availability.
  • Drive performance management, talent reviews, and employee development programs.
  • Identify capability gaps and implement learning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead HR process improvements and operational excellence projects.
  • Travel across the region as required to support business and HR operations

The Successful Applicant

  • Mandatory: 80% and above throughout Class X and Class XII.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably supporting sales organizations.
  • Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Business Partnering.
  • Proven experience leading HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in the regional language is mandatory.
  • MBA from a reputed institution preferred
