Job Description

Lead and manage all HR activities for the assigned sales region.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Partner with regional leadership and business stakeholders on people initiatives.
Drive workforce planning, organization design, and succession planning.
Lead regional talent acquisition to ensure optimal manpower availability.
Drive performance management, talent reviews, and employee development programs.
Identify capability gaps and implement learning and leadership development initiatives.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace grievances.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
Lead HR process improvements and operational excellence projects.
Travel across the region as required to support business and HR operations

The Successful Applicant

Mandatory: 80% and above throughout Class X and Class XII.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably supporting sales organizations.
Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Business Partnering.
Proven experience leading HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in the regional language is mandatory.
MBA from a reputed institution preferred
