What You'll Do

• Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews
• Hunt for great talent on Naukri & other recruiting platforms
• Talk to candidates & be their first friendly face
• Support virtual hiring events & job fairs
• Learn the ropes of recruitment – we'll train you!

Who We Want

• You don't need prior experience – just a strong interest in Talent Acquisition
• You love connecting with others and have great communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and excited to learn
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Basically, you get people and care about the candidate experience
