Role Description This is a contract, hybrid Recruiter role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of onsite and work-from-home flexibility. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection for a variety of technical and non-technical roles. Day-to-day activities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, developing effective job postings, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. The individual will schedule and facilitate interviews, support offer negotiations, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The Recruiter will also maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems, provide regular hiring updates, and assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers on role definitions, job descriptions, and selection criteria, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, job boards, and social media for talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and deliver clear feedback to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in organizing high volumes of requisitions, prioritizing tasks, and meeting hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices, basic employment compliance considerations, and data-driven reporting on hiring metrics.
• Prior experience recruiting for technology, AI, or digital product roles is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, build inclusive hiring processes, and engage with diverse candidate pools.

Working Hours:

4 PM to 1 AM IST ( 6 Days/Week)

Salary Range:

20-40K INR per month
