ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Connekt, from sourcing and screening candidates through to interview coordination and offer management. You should be comfortable working at pace, managing multiple searches and proactively finding talent

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build effective hiring strategies, and deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the proces

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the full recruitment process from job intake through to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and direct outreach
• Screen candidates and assess their experience, motivation, communication skills, and overall fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Write and publish clear, engaging job descriptions across relevant platforms
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and hiring activity in the recruitment CRM
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on pipeline progress, challenges, and market feedback
• Support offer management, reference checks, and candidate onboarding coordination
• Ensure every candidate receives a professional, timely, and positive experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a recruitment agency
• Experience managing or supporting the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence approaching passive candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities without losing attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with candidates and hiring managers across different seniority levels
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment CRMs, and other sourcing tools
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience recruiting for technology, SaaS, sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
• Experience transitioning from agency recruitment into an internal recruitment postion
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRM platforms
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Understanding of recruitment metrics such as time to hire, response rates, conversion rates, and offer acceptance
