Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager – AI Post-Production to drive workflow transformation through AI-enabled processes.

This role will focus on identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, coordinating cross-functional implementation, and helping teams adopt new ways of working powered by AI and automation.You will work closely with operations, production, quality, and technology teams to ensure successful execution of high-impact process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and drive workflow improvement opportunities using AI and automation

* Coordinate execution across operations, quality, and technology teams

* Prioritize and manage transformation initiatives from pilot to rollout

* Track timelines, risks, blockers, and implementation progress

* Measure outcomes related to efficiency, quality, productivity, and adoption

* Build SOPs, implementation plans, and project reporting frameworks

* Support change management and adoption across teams

Must Have

* Strong project management and execution capabilities

* Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders

* Structured problem-solving and process-oriented mindset

* Comfort working with technology-driven or automation-led initiatives

* Strong documentation, tracking, and communication skills

Preferred

* Experience in operations, production, creative workflows, or process transformation

* Exposure to AI, automation, or workflow optimization projects

* Experience managing implementation in fast-paced environments
