Project Coordination Manager, Luxury Construction Projects (Bangalore, India)

A leading real estate development platform is seeking a Project Coordination professional to support the execution of large-scale luxury construction developments. This role will focus on schedule governance, stakeholder coordination, procurement tracking, and project reporting to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Schedule

• Monitor and track construction progress using project management tools
• Analyse critical path, baseline schedules, and project progress indicators
• Maintain and communicate master implementation schedules
• Identify potential delays and support mitigation planning

Procurement Management

• Support procurement timelines and contract execution tracking
• Monitor contractor deliverables and contractual obligations
• Forecast material requirements and track project consumption trends
• Support cost control through quantity reconciliation and usage tracking
• Maintain contractor documentation and records

Project Coordination

• Coordinate and support stakeholder and contractor meetings
• Prepare management reporting and contractor MIS updates
• Track and follow up on key actions, decisions, and technical submissions
• Ensure drawings and design approvals are submitted and tracked on time

Key Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in construction project coordination or project controls
• Strong project scheduling and reporting skills
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving capability
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
