Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Associate to join the Central L&D team, functioning as a shared resource across Leadership Development Programmes (LDP), Role Transitions (RT) and PMO for the central L&D team. The role will support end-to-end programme execution, governance, stakeholder coordination and delivery excellence across multiple learning interventions running in parallel.
This is a high-visibility role requiring strong execution capability, learning agility and the ability to flex across varied deliverables in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Programme Management & Execution
- Support planning and delivery of large-scale leadership and role transitions programmes across M+ levels
- Manage programme timelines, milestones, calendars and dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Coordinate end-to-end execution including workshops, virtual sessions, assessments and learning journeys
- Track programme progress, risks, issues and escalations through structured PMO mechanisms
- Flex resources and priorities based on programme peaks, business needs, and leadership priorities
- Ensure consistency in delivery standards, participant experience, and governance across programmes
- Proactively identify risks, improvement opportunities, and innovative ways to enhance learner experience
- PMO for central L&D
- Anchor the L&D PMO function, ensuring strong governance, data transparency, senior stakeholder influence and operational rigor across the learning ecosystem.
- Strengthening operational frameworks, financial oversight, and data-driven dashboards to enhance predictability, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on participation, completion, feedback, engagement and business impact through a structure measurement metrics
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Business leads, business sponsors, BUHCs, other internal teams, etc.)
- Manage external vendors and faculty: scheduling, communication, session readiness, and quality checks
- Support leadership and learning council committee reviews through structured updates and dashboards
