Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Product Manager to lead product development and drive the delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development, a strong understanding of Product Management, and the ability to lead engineering initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing features, guiding the development team, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibility
- Own the product lifecycle from requirement gathering and planning to development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and business stakeholders to define and deliver product features.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the MERN Stack.
- Build secure REST APIs, Microservices, and event-driven solutions using RabbitMQ.
- Design efficient database structures using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage Docker containers, and deploy applications on AWS.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
- Follow Agile/Scrum practices to ensure timely product delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (MERN Stack).
- Product Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and System Design.
- Microservices Architecture and RabbitMQ.
- CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, AWS, and Linux.
- SQL, NoSQL, Git, and Git Workflow.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management and Full-Stack Development.
- Experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software products.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical execution.
