Principal Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

AMS Circuit Design & Development

• Design high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits based on system and micro-architecture requirements.
• Develop solutions for next-generation HBM PHY designs.
• Ensure optimal performance, power efficiency, and area utilization.

Architecture & Innovation

• Contribute to micro-architecture definition and enhancements.
• Drive innovation to meet advanced HBM PHY performance requirements.

Design Review & Technical Leadership

• Lead analog and layout design reviews.
• Ensure design quality and adherence to specifications.
• Take ownership of project execution across all development phases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with digital, layout, packaging, SI/PI, and system teams.
• Ensure alignment between circuit design and system-level requirements.

Project Execution

• Manage execution across design stages from concept to implementation.
• Ensure delivery within defined performance, power, and schedule targets.
