Planning Manager

Role Summary

Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls for large-scale commercial, hospitality, residential, villa, township, mixed-use, and redevelopment projects. Ensure timely delivery through effective schedule management, progress tracking, delay analysis, recovery planning, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project from mobilization to handover.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and drive corrective and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with execution, design, procurement, QS, quality teams, and consultants for seamless delivery.
• Prepare MIS dashboards, progress reports, look-ahead plans, and project performance updates.
• Establish project controls processes to improve schedule predictability and delivery outcomes.

An analytical and execution-focused planning professional with strong project controls expertise, capable of managing complex real estate projects and driving planning discipline across stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E. Civil (NICMAR / Construction Management preferred)
• 7–15 years of experience in project planning and controls
• Experience in residential, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate developments
• Exposure to reputed developers, PMCs, and end-to-end project lifecycle preferred
