Lyzr builds enterprise automation with AI agents. We're not operating in channel silos (ads, SEO, outbound). We're building a unified, AI-first growth system where paid, organic, outbound, and partnerships work together to drive pipeline.

This role focuses on building that system with speed, automation, and strong data loops.

Role Overview

You'll own growth across channels with a strong focus on building repeatable systems that drive pipeline. This includes paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), outbound workflows, organic distribution, and partner-led growth.

The goal is to move fast, reduce manual work, and create a high-velocity growth engine that improves continuously.

What You'll Own

  • Growth system design: Design and operate a unified acquisition system across paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting), organic (SEO, content, distribution), outbound (email, LinkedIn automation), and partnerships (SI/GSI, ecosystem). Ensure all channels map to a single funnel (impression lead MQL SQL revenue).
  • Paid acquisition: Own and scale campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn Ads (enterprise targeting), and retargeting systems. Define campaign structure, keyword/audience strategy, budget allocation, and conversion optimization.
  • Outbound & automation workflows: Build scalable outbound engines using tools like Apollo, Clay, and internal workflows. Own lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and automated personalization.
  • Systems & automation: Design systems that reduce manual work and increase speed. Build lead routing and enrichment pipelines, connect ad platforms CRM dashboards, and automate reporting and insights.
  • Experimentation & iteration: Run structured experiments across messaging, channels, creatives, landing pages, and audiences. Ship fast, measure quickly, and scale what works.
  • Data, analytics & attribution: Define and track MQL SQL pipeline revenue. Build channel-level attribution and clear visibility into performance. Use data to decide where to double down.

Success metrics

  • Growth in MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline across channels
  • Improvement in conversion rates across funnel stages
  • Reduction in CAC with improved lead quality
  • Faster campaign launch feedback iteration cycles
  • Productionized at least one automated growth system
  • Drive 150300 MQLs per month across channels within the 46 month window.

Qualifications & Skills (must-haves)

  • 3+ years in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation with hands-on experience across channels (including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, outbound, or SEO)
  • Demonstrable experience scaling campaigns and/or building growth systems that impact pipeline
  • Strong understanding of B2B / SaaS / enterprise funnels
  • Strong analytical skills: Comfortable with GA4, HubSpot, and ad platforms. Ability to interpret data, run experiments, and make decisions quickly.
  • AI-first mindset: Experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for campaign creation, automation, or analysis.
  • High agency: Able to operate with ambiguity, take ownership, and ship without waiting for detailed instructions.

  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
