Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a proven track record of managing both Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage and scale Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and advertising platform dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score, providing actionable insights.
• Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize returns.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and present optimization recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience managing Lead Generation and E-commerce advertising campaigns.
• Strong expertise in: Google Ads,Meta Ads
• Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with keyword research and audience segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred .
