Order To Cash

Description

The Order To Cash role is responsible for overseeing the entire order management process from order receipt to cash collection. This position ensures the efficient processing of customer orders, invoice generation, and timely payment collection, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle including order entry, invoicing, and payment collections.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies and improve processes.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer transactions and communications.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Order to Cash processes or similar finance roles.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
