Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Expert (Compensation Module & Benefits) - 7-10 Years

Location: Bengaluru/Chennai (India) | EST overlap required

Focus: Implementation over support

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Fusion HCM Technical Expert with strong functional knowledge in the Compensation module. The ideal candidate will combine advanced technical skills with functional expertise to deliver end‑to‑end HCM solutions, working closely with global clients in the USA (EST time zone).

Core Competencies & Skills:

  • Advanced HCM Cloud Compensation & benefits in Technical
  • Advanced SQL, BI Publisher
  • HCM configuration (EFF/DFF, HDL/HSDL, BPM, Fast Formulas)
  • VBCS, AI Studio
  • Optional: OCI, OIC

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
  • Strong implementation experience (more than support)
  • Willingness to work late hours to align with USA EST time zone
