Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle AI Agent Studio (AI Agent Core). The role involves implementing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting Oracle HCM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive digital transformation and improve HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, ORC, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Journeys, Performance Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
- Design and implement Oracle AI Agent Studio (AI Agent Core) solutions to automate HR processes and enhance employee experience.
- Develop and support integrations using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and file-based interfaces.
- Perform data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and production support.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and coordinate with Oracle Support and implementation partners.
- Support Oracle quarterly cloud updates and recommend new features and best practices.
- Prepare functional documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing application support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification is preferred.
Experience
- 6–8 years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 4 years in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- End-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and post-go-live support experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio (AI Agent Core) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, and Oracle security.
- Experience in multi-country Oracle HCM implementations is an advantage.
