Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology projects from conception to completion, focusing on web and mobile applications across domains,
- Ensuring they meet business requirements, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, quality, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
- Manage project resources, including allocating tasks, tracking team performance, and adjusting project plans as necessary.
- Oversee vendor selection and management, ensuring products and services meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Handle client interactions, including gathering requirements, providing project updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and making necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Address and resolve project issues and roadblocks, facilitating decision-making and escalations as necessary.
- Prepare and deliver project documentation and reports, ensuring all project deliverables are met and stakeholders are informed of project status.
