Role: Engineering Manager

Job Profile

Lead the team in the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the property, including service standards, equipment schedules and work schedules.

Key Responsibilities -

Maintenance

• Plan & execute preventive maintenance and upkeep of all engineering services
• Monitor energy consumption and design methods for conservation and optimization of energy.
• Maintain stores and supplies for Chiller (York Make) of 400 TR Capacity, close Circuit Television system, Firefighting, P.A. system, Diesel Generator.
• Performance testing of MEP system and review of MEP system as per checklist
• MEP commissioning activity as per Design, BOQ & Tenders
• Provide technical training to MEP staff

Coordination & Planning

• Co-ordinate with Project and Design team for upcoming building / cinemas and preparing proper handover reports.
• Conduct Internal Technical Audits for evaluating system performance & staff competency Coordinate with External Technical Auditors and improving the System
• Proper handover of MEP system from Project team Co-ordinate with third party commissioning agency and all other services contractors for interfacing and integrating of all services
• Manpower planning and delegation of engineering / facilities jobs. Provide guidance to the team as required and train them on crucial activities.

Skills: CAD Drawing, Communication, Team work, Quality control, System analysis and evaluation, Administration and management, Computers and Electronics, Building codes and standards, Wide exposure in technical supervision of highly skilled specialized groups and trade personnel: General administration with control and discipline

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering

Practice and Other Requirements: 8 to 10 years of overall experience working with real estate industry. Must have managed residential & commercial projects.
