We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Nurse with hands-on experience in wound care, surgical, or ICU settings. The selected candidate will play a key role in providing clinical support, conducting product demonstrations, and training healthcare professionals to ensure effective product utilization and improved patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide clinical support for wound care products in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare setups.
· Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and nursing staff.
· Assist in clinical evaluations, patient dressing, and wound management as per product protocols.
· Maintain accurate and timely reports on product usage, feedback, and hospital case studies.
· Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and documentation standards.
· Impart continuous on-the-job training to enhance knowledge, productivity, and operational efficiency.
· Collaborate effectively with medical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and supporting them in identifying and monitoring patient conditions.
· Engage with doctors to increase product prescriptions and adoption across key specialties and target hospitals.
· Share professional knowledge and skills with colleagues and conduct classroom or clinical teaching sessions.
· Work closely with the Sales Team to analyze trends, identify growth opportunities, and bridge gaps in doctor conversions.
· Plan and execute CMEs, conferences, and clinical workshops in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.
· Exhibit strong organizational, leadership, and motivational skills, fostering a high-performance culture.
· Deliver exceptional clinical support to customers while maintaining an in-depth understanding of product features and benefits.
· Support wound management procedures within hospital environments on an as-needed basis.
· Maintain and update customer profiles and preferences to ensure targeted clinical support.
· Foster strong teamwork, communication, and coordination across regional and state sales teams.
· Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
· Experience: 2–3 years of experience in wound care, surgical, or ICU settings (hospital or medical device industry preferred).
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to travel within the region for hospital visits, demos, and CMEs.
· Sound knowledge of infection control, wound dressing techniques, and patient care protocols.
