Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse with a passion for patient care to assess health conditions, provide treatment, and support recovery. The role involves maintaining medical records, implementing care plans, and educating patients on health management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct nursing assessments and perform point-of-care tests.
• Monitor patients health and respond to medical situations promptly.
• Provide bedside care and operate medical equipment.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure a safe environment.
• Participate in regular in-service training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Freshers can also apply).
• Strong understanding of patient care, medical procedures, and nursing best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
