Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Bengaluru. The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell medical and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting healthcare facilities, presenting product information and benefits, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves maintaining detailed records of sales activities, preparing reports, and following up on enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. The Medical Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends, and adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, relationship building, and negotiation.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals and support client needs.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and safety.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for reporting and account management.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and nearby regions as required.
