Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of wind turbines.
• Support troubleshooting and repair activities under supervision.
• Ensure proper functioning of mechanical components in wind mills.

Field Work & Site Activities

• Work at wind turbine sites across Pan India locations.
• Perform tower climbing activities as per safety guidelines.
• Support blade inspection and mechanical system checks.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow strict safety protocols during site operations and climbing activities.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards in wind farm operations.

Reporting & Support

• Assist senior engineers in maintenance documentation and reporting.
• Maintain logs of maintenance and operational activities.
