About The Role
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing social media channels, creating content, conducting research, and analyzing performance metrics. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions, with the potential to transition to a full-time role after probation based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Support social media management, including content scheduling, engagement tracking, and graphic post creation.
- Help create and edit marketing content and collaterals.
- Conduct research for relevant conferences, awards, and industry updates.
- Support marketing analytics by tracking Campaigns/Social Media Content performance and providing insights.
- Collaborate with the team on brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA/any Diploma course with a focus on Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics is a plus.
- Basic graphic designing skills to support creation of social media posts and marketing collateral (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong communication, writing, and research skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft and Google Workspace.
