Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing initiatives to promote Realty Shopee's luxury real estate services. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves assisting with social media campaigns, content creation, and basic graphic or video assets for digital platforms. The intern will help monitor web analytics, track campaign performance, and prepare reports to optimize marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, engaging with audiences across social channels, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Strong interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
- Ability to support Social Media Marketing activities, including content posting and audience engagement.
- Basic understanding of Web Analytics and comfort with tracking and interpreting digital performance metrics.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and interacting with potential clients online.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editors) is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work on-site in Gurugram on a full-time schedule.
- Interest in real estate and willingness to learn about the Gurugram luxury property market is an advantage.
