Hiring: Associate Director Supply Chain

Khanal Foods is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Director – Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory planning, replenishment, warehousing coordination, forecasting, and operational execution.

Experience Required:

• 7+ years in Supply Chain, Inventory Management & Planning

• Preferred industry experience in FMCG, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supply chain planning and inventory control

• Improve stock availability, fill rates & forecasting accuracy

• Manage replenishment and stock movement processes

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance & sales teams

• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency

• Build scalable supply chain systems and reporting mechanisms

Preferred Skills:

• Supply chain planning & execution

• Inventory optimization & replenishment

• Demand forecasting & working capital management

• Stakeholder management & operational excellence

• Team leadership and analytical skills

Educational Background:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related fields preferred.

Added Advantage:

• SAP experience

• ERP-based supply chain planning exposure

• Experience in scaling operations in fast-growing businesses
