Manager / Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management
About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Manager/Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and supply planning across our growing network of dental clinics. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable processes, optimizing costs, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Lead procurement activities, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Ensure timely availability of clinical consumables, implants, orthodontic materials, equipment, and clinic assets.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Manage inventory planning, warehouse operations, stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO compliance, audits, and material transfers.
- Oversee inventory reconciliation and ensure optimal stock levels across all clinics.
- Drive initiatives to reduce inventory holding costs while preventing stock-outs.
Logistics & Supply Planning
- Oversee Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), inventory reconciliation, and logistics operations.
- Drive demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and working capital optimization.
- Ensure seamless movement of materials across warehouses and clinics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, Warehouse teams, and Vendors to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
- Support new clinic expansion by establishing robust supply chain processes.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
ERP & Technology
Hands-on Experience With ERP Systems Is Essential. The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Managing The Complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) And Inventory Lifecycle, Including
- Purchase Requisitions (PR)
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Goods Receipt (GR)
- Inventory Management
- Material Transfers
- Vendor Management
- Stock Reconciliation
- MIS Reporting
Experience in driving
ERP process automation and system enhancements will be an added advantage.
Desired Profile
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Commerce, Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Operations.
- Industry experience in Healthcare, Dental, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals, Diagnostics, Retail Healthcare, or FMCG is preferred.
