You will partner closely with senior business leaders to evaluate, execute and drive strategic transactions and capital allocation initiatives across the organisation's investment portfolio. Description
- Evaluate and execute strategic transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and capital markets initiatives
- Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses and investment cases to support transaction and capital allocation decisions
- Conduct market, industry and business analyses to assess growth opportunities, risks and value creation potential
- Prepare investment papers, board materials and management presentations for senior leadership decision-making
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors to manage transaction workstreams from evaluation through closing
- Support post-transaction integration and value creation initiatives to maximise investment outcomes
- Translate complex financial and strategic analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for management
Profile
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Proven involvement in M&A or transaction execution
- Ability to synthesise analysis into strategic insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
