Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager - Corporate Finance for one of our clients in the oil and gas downstream sector to support senior management in executing a range of corporate transactions, including debt and equity financing, capital market issuances, mergers & acquisitions, divestments, and investments. The role offers exposure to global capital markets and collaboration with international advisors, investors, and lenders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare professional presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents for financing and strategic transactions.
  • Develop detailed financial projections, debt models, and valuation analyses (DCF, comparable, precedent).
  • Participate in and lead discussions and negotiations with lenders, investors, and other financial partners.
  • Collaborate with internal business leaders and operational teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects and transactions.
  • Provide financial and accounting support for new projects and investments within the Group.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise (DCF, comparable analysis, scenario modelling).
  • Skilled in creating impactful presentations and investment materials.
  • Solid foundation in accounting principles and corporate finance concepts.

Experience

  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, preferably in petrochemical, oil & gas, green energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record in structuring, executing, and concluding financing transactions.
  • Strong exposure to banking, capital markets, and financial institutions.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accountancy, or Financial Management.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA / CA preferred.
  • CFA charterholder or candidates in progress will be an advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Results-driven and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30% as required.
