Job Responsibilities :
Job Purpose
Management Trainee would be playing a support role in creating the capability frameworks and capability library for various functions and business within RIL. The capability models and capability library developed would become the key elements of capability development of employees and also would define the role level capability needs. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals to adopt innovative ways of developing and implementing the capability models that are simple and appealing to the multi-generation workforce in RIL.
Job Accountabilities
Assist in creation of Capability Model for each Business/Function within RIL
Assist in creation of Capability library for each Business/Function within RIL
Support in creating Role Capability Matrix for each role.
Plan and execute hackathons, crowdsourcing events and focus group discussion.
Ensure Capability Model and Catalogue are set accurately within the enterprise HR systems.
Assess multiple learning management, Mentoring Systems and identify pedagogic needs.
Work closely with the Products team and IT to incorporate the pedagogic needs into the functional and product requirement.
Education Requirement :
- Should be a Post graduate in HR
Experience Requirement :
- Any experience working in the Learning and Development space would be added advantage
