Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for engineers with:

* 7–14 years of strong engineering experience.

* Expertise in design principles around Database both SQL and NOSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, Cloud Infrastructure, distributed systems, and AI/LLM platforms.

* Strong product engineering and optimization mindset.

* Tier-1 educational background preferred.

* High ownership and organization-first attitude.

* Stable and consistent professional track record.

What you will do:

• Design and evolve highly scalable distributed systems across cloud-native infrastructure.
• Own end-to-end delivery of critical technical initiatives from design to production.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive AI/LLM platform integration and production-grade implementation across products.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical leadership.
• Establish engineering best practices around CI/CD, observability, security, and operational excellence.
• Lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous system improvement initiatives.
• Foster a high-ownership, organization-first engineering culture focused on quality and execution.

This is *NOT* a DevOps or SRE role. This is a core engineering and development position focused on building scalable, production-grade AI systems in the HealthTech space.
