About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer/ Visualizer to join our creative team. You'll work on a mix of client projects spanning social media creatives, event posters, brand collateral, and digital marketing assets across industries like fintech, lifestyle, heritage brands, and BFSI. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their design career to grow under mentorship while handling real client work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including static posts, carousels, and story formats
• Create posters, banners, and promotional materials for client events and campaigns
• Support senior designers on brand identity projects and marketing collateral
• Ensure designs align with client brand guidelines (colours, fonts, tone)
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on design drafts
• Prepare print-ready and web-ready files as needed
• Stay updated on design trends relevant to digital marketing
• Collaborate with the content and social media team to align visuals with copy/messaging
• Manage multiple design requests within timelines across different client accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers with a strong portfolio welcome)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; working knowledge of Canva a plus
• Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
• Excellent video editing and creation capabilities — Reels, short-form social videos, and basic motion graphics (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects)
• Ability to take feedback constructively and work within brand guidelines
• Good time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• A portfolio demonstrating design sensibility (student projects/personal work acceptable) — video samples strongly preferred

Good to Have

• Knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics
• Familiarity with social media ad specs and formats
• Interest in digital marketing/branding
