Key Skills & Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Java 11+ and related technologies.
- Strong expertise in Spring and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka and messaging infrastructure.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot for spec-driven development.
- Proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
- Proven experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk and log analysis.
- Exposure to TDD, JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, and regression testing.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Monitor application health and analyze logs using Splunk.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability and continuous improvement.
