IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software product development from concept to production.
• Define application architecture, technology stack, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Manage and mentor Backend, Frontend, Mobile, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), technical specifications, solution architecture, project roadmaps, and release plans.
• Design and develop scalable SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, dashboards, and mobile applications.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through Agile methodologies, sprint planning, code reviews, and release management.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, deployment pipelines, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive application security, performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct technical interviews, mentor engineering teams, and support performance management.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI development tools, and automation practices to improve engineering productivity.
