Company Description - Visionary Loop is a design studio committed to making luxury interiors accessible while honoring each client's unique style and needs. The team specializes in creating elegant, comfortable spaces that stand out as distinctive, one-of-a-kind designs. Visionary Loop provides residential and commercial interior design consultancy along with turnkey solutions, supported by an in-house design and execution team. With its own manufacturing setup, the company delivers modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized furniture in various finishes. Over the past few years, Visionary Loop has successfully designed and executed more than 50 projects ranging from 1,000 to 8,000 sq ft.

Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Gurugram. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing concepts and detailed designs for residential and commercial spaces, aligned with client requirements, budgets, and timelines. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their preferences, preparing mood boards and presentations, and creating space plans, layouts, and 2D/3D drawings. The role involves coordinating FF&E selections, collaborating with vendors and contractors, and visiting sites to monitor progress and quality. The Interior Designer will also support project documentation, assist in cost estimates, and ensure design consistency from concept to handover.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic concepts.
  • Proficiency in Space Planning and layout development for residential and commercial projects.
  • Experience creating detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution teams.
  • Knowledge of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar) and presentation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and conduct regular on-site visits.
  • Attention to detail, understanding of materials and finishes, and awareness of current design trends and standards.
