Interior Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Ahmedabad. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate functional requirements and aesthetic preferences into detailed interior design concepts and layouts. Daily responsibilities include developing space plans, preparing design presentations, coordinating with architects and contractors, and producing construction drawings and specifications aligned with smart glass applications. The role involves selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), ensuring design consistency with Royal Tint's product offering, and overseeing execution to maintain quality and adherence to timelines. The Interior Designer will also contribute to material sourcing, site visits, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Prepare 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD (or similar design software).
• Develop aluminium profile and partition design concepts.
• Create project layouts, elevations, and installation drawings.
• Coordinate with the sales, production, and installation teams.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design presentations.
• Optimize designs for manufacturing and installation.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and industry standards.
• Support new product and profile development.
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
• SketchUp
• Revit
• SolidWorks
• Fusion 360
• 3ds Max
• Good understanding of aluminium profiles, glass systems, and interior detailing.
• Strong visualization and technical drawing skills.
• Ability to read architectural drawings.
  

• 1–5 years in Interior Design, Aluminium Partition Systems, Modular Interiors, Architectural Products, or Glass Industry.
• Freshers with excellent AutoCAD skills are also welcome to apply.
