Role Purpose
The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing residential and commercial interiors, preparing detailed drawings and project documentation, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely project execution while maintaining design quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Design residential and commercial interior spaces based on client requirements.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp models, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Ensure quality execution and timely completion of projects as per design intent.
• Resolve site-related design issues and maintain project documentation.
Key Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Interior Projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and CAD drawings.
• Experience in preparing BOQ and project documentation.
• Good understanding of interior detailing and space planning.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
