Role Description
We are hiring Inside Sales Specialists for our Interior Design Department. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Bengaluru Electronic City.
We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals who can generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for telecalling, lead generation, client follow-ups, appointment scheduling, qualifying prospects, and converting leads into interior design projects. You will work closely with the sales and design teams to understand client requirements, maintain CRM records, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls. cold calling
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and other sales activities.
- Contact prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
- Schedule appointments with the Interior Design team.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into interior design projects.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, and Follow-up skills.
- Good customer service and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is an added advantage.
- Experience in inside sales or customer support is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
