Inside Sales Specialist

We're looking for a smart, process-driven individual to manage and support customer enquiries related to water conservation. This is the first line of communication with industrial customers navigating water sustainability initiatives. The role offers learning and growth into full-scale role.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries across all sales channels through call and email
• Coordinate and follow-up
• Understand customer context and respond with clarity
• Understand and share Ira's services, case studies
• Comfortable speaking on phone, writing emails 
• Work with field and senior sales for site surveys and meetings
• Manage CRM
• Own and drive the pipeline
• Weekly sales reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience
• Confident communication
• Comfortable working with email and digital tools
• Hindi, English (Marathi preferred)
• Prior experience in sales support, call center, customer service or similar roles
• Interest in sustainability, industry, or compliance is a plus
