About the Role

Paper Boat is looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to join our brand team for a 6-month, full-time internship based out of our Bangalore office. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real exposure to how a FMCG brand builds and runs creator-led campaigns from the ground up. You'll work with the Creative Team on Paper Boat's influencer marketing engine — from creator selection to content review to campaign tracking — and get a front-row seat to how a Gen Z-first beverage brand builds culture-relevant marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Creator sourcing & vetting: Help identify and shortlist nano, micro, and macro creators aligned with Paper Boat audience and brand personality.

• Agency coordination: Liaise with our roster of influencer marketing agency partners on brief distribution, creator go-lives, and timely reporting.

• Content review: Review creator content drafts against brand briefs, tone-of-voice guidelines, and ASCI disclosure norms before go-live approval.

• Campaign tracking: Maintain and update the Influencer campaign tracker — creator status, go-live dates, content links, and performance data.

• Reporting & analysis: Help compile weekly/monthly campaign performance summaries and flag high performing content for amplification.

• Ad-hoc brand support: Assist with other Paper Boat marketing initiatives as they come up — this role will evolve with the brand's needs.

What We're Looking For

• Genuine interest in social media, creator culture, and how brands show up on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Sharp eye for funny, witty content — you can tell good creator content from generic content.

• Comfortable with spreadsheets/trackers; no prior tool experience required, we'll train you.

• Strong written communication — you'll be reviewing briefs and creator content daily. • Organized and detail-oriented — juggling multiple agencies and creators requires it.

• Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity — this is a startup-paced brand team, not a big-company internship.
