Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration
- Lead configuration of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Leave of Absence (LOA), Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning
- Design scalable and compliant business processes using Workday Business Process Framework
- Configure calculated fields, condition rules, eligibility rules, and security models
- Ensure global scalability with regional localization and statutory compliance
Program & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday enhancements and system implementations
- Manage cross-functional programs involving HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders
- Define governance standards and maintain system/process documentation
- Drive testing, deployment, and change management activities
AI Enablement & Innovation
- Implement Workday Skills Cloud and AI-driven HR capabilities (e.g., Workday Assistant, predictive analytics)
- Enable automation and intelligent HR workflows using AI-based features
- Ensure responsible AI governance aligned with compliance and privacy regulations
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with HR leadership and regional teams to translate business needs into system solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor for HR technology strategy and process improvements
- Provide guidance to stakeholders across global regions
Integration & Reporting
- Develop and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF
- Design advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday reporting tools and calculated fields
- Enable actionable insights through HR data analytics
Security & Compliance
- Configure Workday security roles, permissions, and access controls
- Ensure compliance with global HR regulations and internal governance policies
Global Deployment & Localization
- Support global Workday deployments with localization for regions such as China and India
- Configure statutory requirements for absence, time tracking, payroll, and benefits integration
